Course 1 of 3

AI-Native Business Models

$997 Self-Paced
Find the right problem, validate the market, and design a business that couldn't exist without AI.

Most founders bolt AI onto a traditional business and wonder why it doesn't work. This course teaches you to think AI-native from day one — identifying problems where AI creates 10x value, mapping the competitive moat, and building a business model that leverages what AI does best: automate, predict, personalize, and scale without headcount.

What You'll Learn

  • The AI-native framework: identifying problems where AI is the product, not the feature
  • Market validation with AI: using LLMs for customer discovery, competitive analysis, and TAM modeling
  • Revenue model design: SaaS, API-as-a-service, AI-augmented services, and marketplace models
  • Data moat strategy: building defensibility through proprietary data and model fine-tuning
  • Rapid prototyping: from napkin sketch to clickable prototype in one weekend using AI tools

What You'll Build

  • Validated AI-native business concept with market research
  • Competitive landscape analysis powered by AI research tools
  • Business model canvas with unit economics projection
  • Clickable product prototype built with AI design tools
  • One-page executive summary ready for advisors
Duration: 3 days
Format: Video + live workshops
Prerequisite: AI Impact Essentials (or equivalent)
Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI, V0
Course 2 of 3

Building Your AI MVP

$997 Self-Paced
Ship a working product in 3 days — even if you can't write a line of code.

The distance between "idea" and "product" has collapsed. This course teaches founders to build real, functional AI products using no-code and low-code platforms, API integrations, and AI-assisted development. You'll ship a working MVP, set up your first user feedback loop, and learn the iteration frameworks that separate startups that launch from startups that stall.

What You'll Learn

  • No-code AI product development: building with Bubble, Replit Agent, and Cursor
  • API integrations: connecting OpenAI, Claude, and open-source models to your product
  • Prompt engineering for production: building reliable, consistent AI features users trust
  • User testing frameworks: getting signal from your first 50 users
  • AI-assisted development: using Copilot and Claude Code to ship features 10x faster

What You'll Build

  • A working MVP with at least one core AI-powered feature
  • Landing page with waitlist collection (deployed and live)
  • User testing report with insights from real beta users
  • Technical architecture document for developer handoff
  • Product roadmap with prioritized feature backlog
Duration: 3 days
Format: Video + build sprints + code reviews
Prerequisite: Course 1 or equivalent business plan
Tools: Cursor, Replit, Vercel, Stripe, OpenAI API
Course 3 of 3

Investor-Ready: AI Pitch & Growth

$997 Self-Paced
Craft a pitch that gets meetings, a deck that gets term sheets, and a growth strategy that gets traction.

Great products fail without great stories. This course teaches founders to communicate their vision through the lens investors care about — market timing, defensibility, unit economics, and team. You'll build an investor-grade pitch deck, practice with real pitch coaches, learn AI-powered growth hacking techniques, and leave with a fundraising strategy that matches your stage.

What You'll Learn

  • Pitch deck architecture: the 12-slide framework that top VCs expect
  • Storytelling for fundraising: narrative arc, competitive framing, and the "why now" slide
  • Financial modeling with AI: projections, unit economics, and scenario planning
  • AI-powered growth strategies: SEO, content, community, and product-led growth
  • Fundraising operations: CRM setup, warm intros, follow-up sequences, and due diligence prep

What You'll Build

  • Investor-ready pitch deck (12–15 slides, presentation-grade)
  • Financial model with 3-year projections and key assumptions
  • 60-second elevator pitch (recorded and refined)
  • Go-to-market strategy with 90-day growth plan
  • Investor target list with outreach sequence templates
Duration: 3 days
Format: Video + pitch practice + mentor sessions
Prerequisite: Course 2 or working prototype
Tools: Gamma, Beautiful.ai, Claude, Notion AI, HubSpot

Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions?
Here are the ones we hear most from aspiring founders.
Do I need a technical background to take this track?

No. The AI for Entrepreneurs & Founders track is specifically designed for non-technical founders. Course 2 (Building Your AI MVP) uses no-code and low-code tools so you can ship a real product without writing traditional code. That said, if you do have a technical background, you'll move even faster.

Do I need to take the Foundation course first?

AI Impact Essentials (the Foundation course) is recommended but not strictly required. If you're already comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, understand prompt engineering basics, and have built at least one AI workflow, you can jump directly into the Founders track. If in doubt, start with the Foundation — it's only 3 days.

Can I take just one course instead of the full track?

Absolutely. Each course is designed to stand alone while also building toward the full track outcome. Many founders take Course 1 to validate their idea, then decide whether to continue with the full track. The bundle discount applies if you upgrade later within 90 days of your first enrollment.

What's the time commitment per week?

Plan for 3 intensive days per course — roughly 6–8 hours per day. Each day blends short video lessons, hands-on project work, and live workshops or community sessions. The format is built for working professionals who want a sharp, focused learning sprint rather than a slow weekly cadence.

What if I already have a startup but want to add AI capabilities?

This track works for both new and existing founders. If you already have a business, you can use Course 1 to evaluate AI-native pivots or expansions, Course 2 to build an AI feature into your existing product, and Course 3 to pitch the AI-enhanced version to investors or strategic partners.

Does my enrollment fund a student scholarship?

Yes. Every professional course enrollment directly funds a full scholarship for an underserved student through the AI Impact Foundation (501(c)(3)). It's not a separate donation — it's built into the model. You learn AI. A student gets access to AI education, a laptop, mentorship, and meals. One enrollment, two futures.

First course starts June 5, 2026
