What We Look For
Practitioners who teach, not teachers who theorize.

Our team is built from working professionals who bring real-world experience into everything they do — whether they're leading operations, scaling our scholarship program, or teaching a cohort. You don't need a teaching degree. You need deep expertise, a passion for explaining complex ideas simply, and a belief that AI literacy should be practical, not academic theater.

Every role directly contributes to our Learn One, Fund One model — where each professional enrollment funds a scholarship for an underserved student. Your work has double impact.

Questions
Frequently asked.

Not necessarily. We value practitioners who can explain things clearly over career academics. If you've given talks, run workshops, trained teams, or mentored colleagues — that counts. We'll work with you on instructional design and production.

During content development (one-time), expect 40–100 hours depending on the track. During an active cohort, plan for the full 3-day intensive plus a few hours of prep and follow-up per course. Between cohorts, your time commitment is near zero. Most instructors treat this as a meaningful side engagement alongside their primary role.

Yes. All positions — leadership, internship, and instructor — are fully remote. We schedule live sessions to accommodate multiple time zones. As long as you have reliable internet and a quiet space for video calls, location doesn't matter.

Absolutely. If your expertise spans multiple domains, we'd love to talk about it. Several of our planned positions may be a fit. We'll work together to find the right scope that matches your availability and strengths.

Every professional course enrollment directly funds a full scholarship for an underserved student — including a laptop, mentorship, and meals. Every role at the foundation contributes to this mission, so your work has direct social impact beyond the paying cohort.

Yes. We're a growing team and frequently add positions as our programs expand. If you're exceptional at what you do and believe in our mission, send your resume and a short note — we read every application.
