What we're looking for:
Students or recent grads with strong fundamentals and real curiosity — across marketing, social impact, social media, or adjacent areas.
Builders who ship things on their own time: writing, projects, communities, side hustles, anything.
Ethics-aware. Comfortable talking about why this work matters as much as what's getting built.
Available for a meaningful chunk of hours — semester, summer, or longer — and excited to learn out loud with the team.
